On September 14, we will be having a fellowship lunch at Noon, followed by our monthly business meeting.
On September 21, we will be having a fellowship lunch at Noon, followed by a prestentaion from the Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma. They will be providing us with information that will be helpful for us in the future.
So please come join us for the meeting and the presentation, and of course, the Food!

Ok everyone, it’s time to Pray. Start praying for your friends, your school, your school teachers, administrators and fellow students. Our schools need us and we need God to come in and help us make change. It starts here, it starts now and it starts with you.
I will see you at the pole, the flag pole at your school on September 24th about an hour before school starts. So start praying now and be prepared for God to do something amazing at your school!

On August 17th, we will be having an Italian Lunch after morning service at Noon, followed by a bible study at 1:30 PM. We invite everyone to come and fellowship with us and let us get to know you better.
Back to School Bash

Our Youth Group will be having an all night lock in event at the First Baptist Church, Norman’s Family Life Center on August 22-23rd, 2008. We will leave the church at 9:30 PM on Friday and return to the church at 8:00 AM on Saturday. There will be bowling, volleyball, skating, basketball, racketball, wall ball and lots of fun. The cost for each student, grades 7-12th, is $20.00. Please contact us if you would like to go!
Youth Falls Creek 2008

Our Youth Group will be leaving on Monday, June 9th to head to Falls Creek for a week of learning, growing, and changing. We ask that everyone be in prayer for our Youth Leader, Brett Shaw, and for all of the sponsers that are going to Falls Creek to support and mentor our youth. The Theme this year is “Graze” and the scripture reference in John 10:27-”My sheep listen to my voice . I know them and thcy follow me.” They will be returning Friday, June 13th.
Please Pray for our youth….they are the future!
Vacation Bible School July 17-19th!

Our Theme this year is “Outrigger Island” where kids learn how to stand on God’s word in a world of shifting sand. We will be having a kickoff event on Wednesday, July 16th and VBS will begin on Thursday, July 17th from 6:30-9 p.m.

The Slaughterville youth group is headed to the lake for a fun-filled weekend May 16 - 17 at Lake Konawa.
