Trunk or Treat

On October 31, 2008, we will be having an event here at the church from 7-9 PM. There will be a parking lot full of decorated car trunks and truck beds to see and loads of candy to eat.
Falls Creek 2008

Slaughterville children and youth groups attended Falls Creek camps in June this year. Workers and students reported camp to be a great success. Many decisions were made and lives changed for the better as some came to meet Christ for the first time. Others surrendered to career development in missions and other ministries. Most all testified to growing closer in their walk with God and strengthened relationships with each other.
May all who made it possible for our students to go to Falls Creek this year continue to receive the blessings of watching transformation take place in our youth individually and collectively as they continue to grow in the Lord.
Care Packages Sent

Care packages have been sent to Micky Mayes and Chris Holland in the past weeks. Family members have reported those items have been well received and much appreciated. A special Thank You! goes out to all who contributed.
Collecting Items For Soldier Care Package

Our church is sending a care package to one of our soldiers in Iraq. If you would like to add anything to the package, please put it in the tub in the hallway.
